Publisher and scope
GAINS Profile Coach is published by Ramachandran Subramaniyan. This notice covers the plugin and email support. Website visits are covered separately by the Raxcor website privacy policy.
Information you enter in ChatGPT
This version supplies instructions inside ChatGPT. It does not connect to a publisher-operated server or database to process your profile. The publisher does not separately collect or store the profile answers you provide in ChatGPT. Your conversations are handled by OpenAI under the policies and controls applicable to your ChatGPT account.
Share only what is needed
Personal information is optional. Avoid confidential client details, private contact lists, and sensitive personal information. Review your completed profile and decide what you are comfortable sharing.
Support emails
If you email ram@raxcor.com, your email address and message are handled separately from your ChatGPT conversation. Only the publisher handles support messages, using an email provider to deliver and store them. Support emails are used to respond to your request and are retained for three months from receipt, then deleted.
Questions and deletion requests
